Become a member of The Kingston Rental Property Owners Association. 

Membership includes access to our website to post listings about your rental properties.  It also includes 8 full course meals and 8 meetings per year with very impressive guest speakers who provide incredible information to assist landlords and property owners.  The cost of membership is $300. per calender year, with a discount for joining  late. Fees and services are not dependent on the number of rental units that you manage.  Being able to meet and mingle with your peers in the industry can also be a rewarding experience in it's self.
